Policies

To protect ourselves, our clients and our business we follow a set of policies to keep our business ethical and safe. Please read the policies before booking.

We strive to provide an inclusive service for everyone. Please let us know if you have any relevant or severe allergies, or accessibility requirements before your visit. 

Notice Period: Rescheduling with as much notice as possible allows us to offer the slot to other clients. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and plans may change.

 

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. If you do not show for your appointment 100% of the service cost will be charged. We may not offer you another appointment if you do not adhere to the policy. This is to protect our time and income as self employed individuals.

If you're late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule as we may not have time to complete the treatment. If this happens, we may charge a fee of 50% of the service cost.

We may take a deposit for certain treatments or bookings, especially at busier times of the year. Deposits are non refundable.

We accept cash or card payments, including contactless payments.

We are a five star rated salon and we always do our best to provide you with the best service and treatments. If you're unhappy with a service, please get in touch with your beautician and we will aim to correct any work. We are always happy to help. We do not offer refunds for services that have already been provided.

Patch testing is required for the following services; Eyelash Extensions, Eyelash Lift, Eyelash Tint, Eyebrow Tint, Eyebrow Lamination, BB glow. If you're particularly sensitive to ingredients or have had a previous reaction, we are happy to patch test for additional products before a treatment. This must be done at least 48hours before your appointment. We must do this to protect you and us, and we do not do these treatments without a patch test.

All of our beauticians are qualified and insured to perform each treatment they offer. We adhere to high standards of hygiene in our treatment rooms.

Preparing for your appointment

For services such as facials, aesthetics and eyelash treatments please come to the salon with no makeup on. This means we can get straight into your appointment without using any of your time up removing makeup. Our salon is a safe space, you can dress however you're comfortable!

If you're booked in for a Japanese Head Spa treatment you do not need to wash your hair before your appointment. We wash your hair several times throughout the treatment so don't worry about how your hair looks when showing up. Wear comfortable clothes you feel relaxed in - preferably a vest top that has no straps or straps that come down. 

For manicures and pedicures please let us know if you need a removal before your appointment, so we can allocate some extra time for your booking.
